1. About KBB.zone

KBB.zone is a product discovery and price comparison website for kitchen, bathroom and bedroom products in the United Kingdom. We aggregate product information from third-party retailers and display it to help consumers make informed purchasing decisions.

KBB.zone is not a retailer. We do not sell products, take payments, or enter into contracts of sale with consumers. All purchases are made directly with the relevant retailer.

2. Affiliate Relationships

KBB.zone earns commission from retailers when you click an affiliate link on our site and subsequently make a purchase. This does not affect the price you pay. See our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.

3. Accuracy of Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information (prices, descriptions, availability) is accurate and up to date. However:

Prices and availability are set by retailers and may change at any time
We cannot guarantee that all information is current or error-free
Product images are provided by retailers and may differ from actual products
Always verify price and availability directly with the retailer before purchasing

KBB.zone accepts no liability for losses arising from reliance on inaccurate product information.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on KBB.zone — including text, design, code, and the KBB.zone name and logo — is owned by or licensed to KBB.zone. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission.

Product names, images, and descriptions remain the property of their respective retailers and manufacturers. We display them under fair use for comparison purposes.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not:

Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from KBB.zone in an automated manner without prior written consent
Use the site for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to interfere with or damage the site or its infrastructure
Use the site to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
Misuse affiliate links (e.g. self-referral, cookie stuffing, click fraud)

6. Third-Party Websites

KBB.zone contains links to third-party retailer websites. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Visiting a third-party site is entirely at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

KBB.zone is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KBB.zone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Showroom & Brand Accounts

If you register as a showroom or brand on KBB.zone, additional terms apply as set out during the registration process. You are responsible for ensuring all information you submit is accurate and not misleading.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "last updated" date above.
